Samuel Thurston Studios has recently partnered with Scottish Web Design firm Webit Techologies Ltd. for a redesign of the web site of Scotland's most respected wedding photographers, Alister Lynn Co.  The new site will be located at http://gretnaweddings.org/

The site features an innovative new AJAX-Powered photo gallery system, with effects driven by the scriptaculous javascript library.  The redesign also encompassed the restructuring of WebitCMS, a powerful lightweight content managment system developed by Webit, and cosmetic modifications of the site including flash-like functionality developed with pure, standards compliant XHTML and CSS.

 

Samuel Thurston Studios is now in talks with Webit to offer sites based on their robust software platform.  This new offering will add to STS's already comprehensive line of custom and pre-built website packages, allowing for greater flexibility with a shorter development pipeline.
